Below is an example of what I tell people when they are new to the Network Marketing Industry and try to recruit me even though I am currently partnered with Syntek Global. I ask people these questions and then use my company Syntek Global as an example of an opportunity that can answer all of these questions. You would not BELIEVE their facial expressions when I ask them these questions and how it relates to their company, product, and opportunity they have to offer...LOL...But its the truth these questions will help you pick the right MLM company for you!

Hey there Cornell!
I received your info and have taken a look at the company you now represent. Thanks for sharing the info but at the moment, I’m not interested in a new venture, but I wish you all the best and to your success. Keep doing what you doing! I just wanted to share some info with you on what helps me to decided if a company is a right fit, some things you want to look into before joining to help you make a logical decision, not based on “HYPE”.
There are a few network marketing opportunities that are just scams. There are far more that may be well-intentioned, but have a poor track record, for any number of reasons. So how do you separate the wheat from the chaff? I have some ten tips to help you pick the right network marketing opportunity for you.

1. Has the company been around for at least 5 years? Syntek Global has been around for 20 years & has been very successful in the fuel industry.
If you want the efforts you put in today to pay off for many years in the future, choose a company that has proven that it will be around for the long term. 90% of all network marketing companies FAIL within their first 2 years. You don't want to invest your precious time and resources (not to mention your future) in something that may not be in business next month, do you?

2. Is the company well capitalized? Yes it is.
In other words, does it have the cash that it will need to grow, to maintain a solid infrastructure, to attract talented management, to keep pace with technology — and, of course, to pay your commissions!
3. Does the company offer products or services that are unique? Yes & we very unique
That is, they're not readily available elsewhere (especially at a discount) and they're not just another "me too" product that has loads of competition.
4. Is there a genuine need for the product or service? Yes, people NEED to SAVE MONEY ON GAS NOW, AND PROTECT their investment (vehicle & home)
You've probably heard horror stories about people ending up with a garage full of expensive water filters - the reason that happens is because only other distributors will purchase the product at that price! Your product or service must fill a REAL need at a fair price - and there should be a large untapped market for it. In other words, it MUST provide tremendous value, so the customer is the biggest winner.
You can't build long term residual income (i.e., your retirement!) if the product or service only has short term appeal (e.g., beany babies, etc.). Think long term instead. Is the product or service something that your customers will continue to use for a long time?
6. Can you generate immediate income? YES. Just using Syntek Global’s Xtreme Fuel Treatment, YOU MAKE MONEY JUST BY USING IT.
So that you can finance your marketing and expansion efforts from cash flow.
7. Does the marketing system take full advantage of technology? YES IT DOES.
Not everyone is a sales type, but ANYBODY can plug into a system and tools that do the selling and sorting for you!
8. Is the person who is introducing you to the opportunity committed to YOUR success? YES I AM. I CAN NOT BE SUCCESSFUL UNLESS YOU’RE SUCCESSFUL.
If they are, the company is strong, and the product or service is a winner, (and, of course, you're willing to learn) you WILL succeed. There's a big difference between a "sponsor" and a "recruiter." A sponsor coaches. motivates and trains and a recruiter just signs people up and in most cases, abandons them.

9. Is there a way to build your business part-time without losing your full time income?
The company must have automated systems that can do the heavy lifting (i.e., selling and sorting) for you so that you can use your limited time efficiently.
10. Will you have FUN? Yes you will, I am!
Although this may not be an element of your current JOB, we think it's important! You should have a lot of fun with your business partners while you work together to build a long term business and your financial army.
So there you have it — ten criteria for selecting a superior network marketing opportunity. Of course, even with a great company, there's no such thing as a free lunch. You WILL have to work! But, with the right opportunity (unlike your job), it won't have to be forever!
And so Cornell, all that I mentioned above is what attracted me to Syntek Global and thousands of others. It already has a proven track record prior to the release to the public, will become a multi-billion dollar company and will be a household name just like ‘GERBER BABY FOOD” MARY KAY, AVON, AMWAY, PRE PAID LEGAL ETC. The difference between us and those companies, we’re in the fuel industry with little to NO competition. XFT is based on a NEED and not a want. Its hightly consumable (RESIDUAL INCOME).  AINT NO “FAKE IT UNTIL YOU MAKE IT OVER HERE” .Co founders have been successful in their careers and bring a lot to the plate.

As you can see I explained to Cornell why I was attracted to Syntek Global. The company's product is based on a need not a want, marketing is easy, and the leadership is great, plus the product has been around for 20 years. The next time you get somebody to that is trying to "recruit" you in their business asked them these questions on the spot and see their responses. If they can't answer the questions with confidence then that is a sign that you shouldn't work with that person. Don't be like Cornell!!!

What It Takes To Overcome Fear

I want to start by sharing this truth, because, there seems to be this misconception that successful people, successful business owners, successful executives, successful leaders, successful athletes, successful actors, etc. .. do not have fears. This is false. We do, but (yes, there is a but), an important distinction: it is not that we do not have fears, it is that we’ve learned how to face and embrace them!

Every time you aim towards reaching new heights, you will encounter fear. Reaching that next level requires you to take a leap of faith: whether it is leading your own business, leading your team, or leading yourself.

To be sure, there will be times when every step after that initial leap just fills you with fear. That is completely natural, and the most important thing you can do when you question your every move is to just keep moving forward. Don’t let the fear hold you back or keep you standing still in the same place. It is about pushing through.

Even taking baby steps will help you move past fear and closer to the fantastic vision you have for your life. Transformation can happen, both incrementally and in windfalls. To make any kind of transformation in your life, in your business, in your team, and in yourself, the most important thing you can do is to work on mastering your mindset, and especially, learn out to face your fears. This is how you will get past your fears and keep putting one foot in front of the other.

You need to stretch to grow; so, go for it: accept; face; embrace, and push through your fears to break through your comfort zone and reach your next level.

Is Syntek Global a Scam? This is the #1 question I get asked when people find me on the Internet. Well I am here to let everyone know that Syntek Global is not a scam. In fact, Syntek Global is a legitimate direct sales opportunity. Even though the method that Syntek uses to advertise  Xtreme Fuel Treatment (XFT) is by using a MLM business model, the company is not a scam. “Having reviewed the performance of Xtreme Fuel Treatment for the last 7 months, it appears to improve burner efficiently and heat output with the fuel oil we are currently using.
We took our oil storage tank out of service in February for routine inspection and repairs. We found approximately 1.5 to 2 feet of sludge build-up in the bottom of the tank which indicates, to some degree, our oil quality, during this period we were unable to use Xtreme Fuel Treatment and our usage rate is up an average of .35 gallons per ton.
Since new management has come, we have changed several operation parameters. One of those parameters is system temperature, which we raised to help improve product hardness. Previous history indicates that the plant was some what rate limited due to the burners ability to generate enough heat. While using Xtreme Fuel Treatment, we have not experienced any problems generating enough heat at high production rates.
Stack testing was done in March for compliance, with no major problems. Hydrocarbons and fluorides were low. During my 7 months, we have had no down time related to fuel oil problems or burner gun problems created by the fuel oil.
In conclusion, I believe that Xtreme Fuel Treatment has made a significant difference in the operation of the burner and plant operations.
The Purpose of this letter is to state that we a ken Racing have used Xtreme Fuel Treatment (Combustion Catalyst – Burn Rate Modifier & Lubricant) and found many favorable results.
In all of the Dyno Tests that were run, we saw both an increase in Horsepower and Torque using your product. We also saw a decrease in Exhaust Gas Temperatures.

“Having reviewed the environmental test results, the field carbon mass data, and the plant performance, I feel the following conclusions may be drawn.
Greater burn efficiency was achieved during the treated test than during the untreated test.
It took an additional 0.39 GPT to heat the product with the untreated oil, thus a 9.7% reduction in fuel consumption was realized during the treated test. The carbon mass test showed a 70% reduction in volatile hydrocarbons reaching the stack with the treated fuel vs. the untreated fuel. These tests confirm the earlier findings that the treated fuel yielded more BTU/lb than the untreated.
Improved environmental conditions were achieved with the improved combustion of fuel.
The reduction of unburned fuel in the gas stream improved opacity and lowered the stack temperature.
This allowed for better gas stream scrubbing as shown in the environmental emissions test. The actual emissions numbers for these tests are not for publication. However, it can be stated that the treated test had a greater potential for fluoride evolution than the untreated test, but had a 20.1% lower emissions under the same scrubber conditions. This confirms the earlier observations on fuel conversion with the improved flame characteristics with the treated fuel.
Improved potential for increasing production rates. Due to the Potential to Emit (PTE) for Fuel Oil, the granular plant is BTU/hr limited. The standard practice is to assign 015 mm BTU/gal for the redefined oil used. The more fuel usage the treated fuel will support 3% on average more product rate than the untreated oil.
Lowered Cost. The savings in fuel cost is obvious. The hidden cost savings in the reduction of burner nozzle replacements, combustion chamber repairs, and tank cleaning are there, but yet to be defined.

“My company began using Xtreme Fuel Treatment. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you and the Syntek Distributors for making us aware of this product and giving us the opportunity to try it.
At the onset Syntek Distributors agreed to a protocol and a set of requirements that Xtreme Fuel Treatment must meet to be considered successful and cost effective. After completing a three month test, Syntek Distributors put together a report to document the results. We appreciate your professionalism in conducting the test and documenting the test results. After using the product and comparing the documented test results with our in house records, agrees that Xtreme Fuel Treatment has met or exceeded the requirements agreed to in the protocol.
Our greatest and most significant results were first observed in our boiler operation. These results were the first obtained and could be visibly seen with the naked eye. This test showed that we were able to do this with no loss of the improvements we’ve seen from prior tests while still maintaining our pumpability and sustaining the same bar, temperature and viscosity.”
For over 20 years this product has been tested and proven all around the world to substantially reduce emissions, while at the same time, improving fuel economy and prolonging the life of engines. There have been Hundreds of tests done over those years.

Xtreme Fuel Treatment Typical Fuel Economy Result Patterns

Below are examples of typical results during the first several treatments of Xtreme Fuel Treatment or XFT. In most cases, 1 of 4 things will happen:
  1. Fuel economy will immediately increase upon initial use and continue to increase until it levels off. This happens in large percentage of vehicles. XFT immediately improves the quality and burn rate of the fuel. Also, the improvements in engine function, cleanliness, and lubrication add to the overall increase in fuel efficiency.
  2. You will see no noticeable change during the first few treatments, and then fuel economy will slowly, steadily increase until it levels off. This lack of initial performance can be due to a number of factors including: The initial engine cleaning process, horsepower usage, driving pattern changes, weather conditions, loads, factory fuel blends, air-conditioning, etc.
  3. Fuel economy will decrease for the first tank or two, then steadily increase over time until it levels off. Occasionally this will happen and is due to the initial cleaning process in dirty engines. Also, some vehicle’s computers take time to adjust to the better flow of fuel and improved economy.
  4. Fuel economy will go up immediately, drop for a tank or two, and then steadily increase over time until it levels off. Your vehicle takes immediate advantage of the better burning fuel.  Then, as XFT works to clean the sludge and carbon build-up out of the engine, your fuel economy can decrease during the initial cleaning process.
Xtreme Fuel Treatment (XFT) is based on a chemistry that happens when added to the fuel. This chemistry happens every time. It is working all the time. XFT is not selective about when it works. It always improves the burn rate of the fuel. It always helps clean and lubricate engines, etc. The differing initial results are determined from the differing conditions of the engine, and other outside factors as stated above. True calculating tests are done with the same vehicle, with the same driver, on the same routes, with the same load, with the same fuel. There are multiple tests like this available. The bottom line – XFT will always increase fuel economy, prolong the life of your engine, decrease emissions, and increase horse power.
